STUDIO LIGHT PHOTOGRAPHY

I am a little different to most photographers in that I use studio light in all in-studio sessions. It produces a more consistent look which just can't be guaranteed by relying on natural sunlight. In addition to the stunning photography, studio light is a great way to dim the room and calm baby into a deep and cozy sleep. I also make the experience as easy as possible for parents by providing the outfits, props, etc., for newborn and milestone sessions and helping choose the wardrobe for family sessions. In addition to that, I encourage parents to kick back and relax during their newborn sessions and let me do the hard work. I do my best to create a relaxing environment for the parents and siblings.


Digital & Pro Prints

Images weren’t meant to be put into a USB and shoved into a drawer. While I do provide digital images, you do have the option to purchase prints and products straight from your gallery, if you wish to do so.

Experience & Safety

I have been photographing babies and families for 6 years and safety is of supreme importance to me. I always make sure to keep your baby safe at all times, with tried and true safety measures I have learned from a few different safety training workshops. When posing them in difficult poses I will professionally edit your baby into a digital composite rather than to attempt leaving baby to unsafely support themselves. When booking me, you’re getting a true professional photographer. I am not a hobbyist or an apprentice so, you can count on the quality of work and safety I can provide.

The Process

  1. You contact me about your interest in a particular photo session.

  2. I contact you about my availability.

  3. We set your session date.

  4. You pay the retainer fee and I add your session to my calendar.

  5. I’ll get in touch with you to help you prepare for your session. And I’ll be available for any questions you may have.

  6. The day of your session comes. You arrive at the agreed upon time and your session starts.

  7. About two and half weeks later, your session will be fully edited and ready to view and download.
